"I love using this app as it records my previous weights and reps and tracks my increased for me allowing me to come to the gym with the essentials rather than an old notebook and pen. It's a great way to track your body weight and see how it fluctuates and you're able to see where you may have dipped or gone up and think of what you may have done differently those few days. The workouts are also all well crafted and I feel I've made huge amounts of progress simply because of the optimisation in the workouts going from big compound lifts to smaller muscle groups, I don't feel like anything is neglected or given any extra attention.
